The Mann's C4 Elite is one of the most sought-after squarebills ever built by Mann's Bait Company - the company started in 1956 by Tom Mann in Eufaula, Alabama - and it's been discontinued for years. With the Mann's factory now closed in 2024, genuine blanks are only getting rarer.  We source genuine vintage NOS C4 blanks and bring them back with a hand-painted custom finish from the Fulks shop. Why anglers hunt down the C4: It's a true shallow-power bait. The original features a C•4 Elite textured body and big, wide lip design that kicks out a wide, hunting wobble and deflects off cover like a squarebill should. It crashes through stumps, rock, and laydowns and triggers bites.  The Build: Each bait is prepped, airbrushed by hand, and sealed with multiple coats of high-gloss, rock-bashing epoxy clear for depth and durability. SPECS:
